- Please report any complaint by email to complaints@medhurst-it.com. Our Complaints Policy sets out how we handle complaints. We take any complaint seriously and respond within five working days. If you do not receive a satisfactory resolution, our complaint escalation process can be invoked by contacting David Smith, Operations Director.
- Notification of a domain’s expiry is issued a minimum of 30 days before the date of expiration.
- Before purchasing any domains, customers should refer to Nominet’s terms and conditions at nominet.org.uk.
- Medhurst’s Terms and Conditions apply to our services.
- Please email sales@medhurst-it.com for current pricing and procedures for domain name registrations and management, including expired and expiring domains.
- Medhurst does not charge for transferring a domain to a new registrar.
