Charlie Baynes
As Programme Director, Charlie owns the Capital Programmes business end to end: the bid pipeline, the commercial relationship with each principal contractor, and accountability for delivery from award through to handover.

Craig Bellord
As Programme Lead, Craig runs delivery across the live schemes. He leads the delivery teams on site and coordinates the ICT sub-contract against the construction programme and the RIBA stages.

Charlie, as Programme Director, holds the commercial and programme relationship, so you have one point of accountability for scope, price, and delivery. Craig, as Programme Lead, runs the work on the ground and leads the delivery teams against your construction programme. Between them you have a named, accountable team from the first bid conversation through to operational ICT on day one.
