One ICT sub-contract for your education build
We work as the ICT delivery partner for principal contractors on DfE-funded school construction. You get a single fixed-price sub-contract covering structured cabling, active networking, Wi-Fi, AV, security, telephony, and devices, with end-to-end ownership and no specialists to coordinate.
One scope, one price, one accountable supplier
The buyer here is not the school. It is the principal contractor: the commercial director, the quantity surveyor, and the pre-construction bid manager. You carry the programme risk, and unmanaged ICT scope is a risk you do not need.
We take the whole ICT package as a single sub-contract, priced once, owned end to end. No coordination of multiple specialists, no scope gaps at the interfaces, and clear assumptions and exclusions from bid stage.
- Structured cabling and active networking
- Wi-Fi, server rooms, and hub rooms
- AV, access control, CCTV, and digital signage
- Telephony, visitor management, and devices
