- For any abusive, threatening, harassing, harmful, obscene, vulgar, defamatory or libellous purpose.

- To promote or facilitate violence or terrorist activities.
- For phishing or engaging in identity theft.
Breach
Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a material breach of the terms of use of our website or services. Medhurst reserves the right to:
- Remove inappropriate content.
- Suspend services without notice.
- Terminate services without notice.
- Initiate legal proceedings for reimbursement of any costs resulting from a data breach or service-affecting issue.
- Disclose information to law enforcement agencies as we consider reasonable to do so.
